MY STORY

Robin was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Her move to SoCal sparked a love for long distance running; enjoying all the trails and sunny days California has to offer. During her running career she was voted MVP and named Team Captain on her cross-country sports team for multiple years.

She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine. She was first introduced to occupational and physical therapy volunteering for a non-profit organization that brought therapy services to children under the age of three. Robin knew at a young age that she wanted a career focused on helping people. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue both an occupational and physical therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA where she graduated both programs with highest honors.

Robin is a compassionate, positive, and friendly individual who is known for always having a smile on her face even during grueling endurance events. Her unique background allows her to address patient concerns with a holistic approach, focusing on treating the patient and tailoring treatment approaches to mirror their individual roles and motivations to help achieve their goals.

Robin has taken advanced coursework in manual therapy and is interested in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. In addition, she has taken course work and is a Pilates for Rehab instructor, focusing on relieving pain, retraining optimal movement and restoring function through modified Pilates.

Robin is an outdoor enthusiast, avid obstacle course racer and endurance athlete. In addition to running, she enjoys water sports, snowboarding, hiking, Pilates, traveling and spending time with her husband and two Siberian huskies. She is a die-hard Boston sports fan.
